ENCO Private limited was incorporated in 1997 with the intention of developing micro hydro & Bio Mass power projects in order to support rural community who cannot reach the national electricity grid. Since 1998 ENCO has successfully completed 10 projects, catering 653 household. Presently 05 micro hydro projects are under construction and the demand for similar projects is growing rapidly.
Our Aim is to utilize the technical expertise/ know-how, professional background and links with financial establishments of HPI and mixing them with volunteer labour taken from the village in order to implement the project in a more effective manner.
The village Hydro power projects that we have completed are recognized as the best projects done in Asia under World Bank Funded RERED Project. The reason behind the success is the way that we handle the projects.

Established with the intention of getting the international collaboration for social activities and international exchange activities carried out in Sri Lanka . The donor agencies are Terra people Associate in Japan , ARTIC of Kumamoto Japan , Rotary D-2700 of Japan .

Davora (Private) Limited., was incorporated in April,2006 with the intention of developing grid connected power projects using renewable energy resources specially biomass as fuel. Our maiden project to be implemented at Kamburupitiya in Matara District , Sri Lanka , is still at preliminary stage.
